CIFF's website may contain a number of hyperlinks that when clicked take Users to other sites external to CIFF. All these hyperlinks are programmed in such a manner that they take the requesting User to an external site in a new window.

CIFF is not responsible for the protection of any information/data Users provide whilst visiting such sites including security or privacy practices of these sites, the products or services offered by these sites, or the content appearing at these sites. CIFF provides such hyperlinks on its website only to facilitate Users' search for information and enhance Users' experience.
A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.

In order to serve its Users effectively and efficiently, CIFF seeks certain pieces of Data from its Users at designated places within the website. Users are allowed to browse the website without providing any information whatsoever. CIFF's website's contact us form requires users to give us contact information. This information is used to provide information to those who inquire about CIFF's products and services, and to handle related business matters. From time to time, the information gathered through this site will be used to notify Users about products and services that in CIFF's opinion might be of some interest to the Users.

CIFF's website does not covertly capture information regarding specific activities of any particular user. Only in the event that named vendors/suppliers, affiliates, and/or strategic partners require, such personal information is shared with them for specific purposes that are mandated by CIFF. In such situations, receiving vendors/suppliers, affiliates and/or strategic partners are governed by strict Non-disclosure Agreements that warrant them not to use disclosed information for purposes other than that is explicitly stated in the applicable mandate.

Email List Privacy
CIFF uses email lists that have been assembled from people who have indicated they want additional information about its products and/or services. Additionally, CIFF uses email lists comprising of such people who have requested additional information about products and/or services CIFF provides.
CIFF personnel frequently give presentations at conferences and seminars; and newsletters; and participate in similar types of group and individual communications. CIFF often receives business cards as well as requests for additional information or help with related issues. When CIFF receives requests for information or help in person, from its web site from information volunteered by its Users, or from conferences from people indicating they want more information about CIFF's type of services, these individuals are placed on CIFF's contact list.
Email List Privacy
With the above exceptions, CIFF does not sell, rent or share email lists with any other third parties. CIFF does not link its email lists to any other databases. CIFF does not store emails or individual information on its web server. All personally identifiable information is stored on servers behind its firewall.

Users are requested not send any confidential information within clear text forms or email messages. CIFF does not store any personally identifiable information on its web server.
Information security personnel ensure that the security frameworks, mechanisms and processes are working effectively within CIFF while the security of the information CIFF processes and stores is the responsibility of all those who have access to it in whole or part thereof.

CIFF makes every effort to keep its records valid and accurate. CIFF will make appropriate changes when Users notify us.
